Hello Everyone,

Today I got our news paper today and there were thank yous to

everyone for their support through my grandfather's passing and I

wanted to let you guys know a little about him....

CHARLES G. HERNANDEZ

Charles "Pancho" , a resident of Sanger, passed away on Friday ,

January 27, 2006 at age of 88.

Charles was born on September 2,1917 in San Dimas,CA to Isaac and

Juanita Hernandez. On January 28, 1939 he married Camila Caldera.

Charles true happiness in life was spending time with his family,

talking with people around town and making them laugh. He loved play

his harmonica at family birthdays. He was dedicated husband, father,

and grandfather and for over twenty years he was caretaker for his

daughter, Camila Martinez. He also enjoyed to talk about and going to

local gambling casinos.

He worked in agricultural service for for Moyer Chremical and

Meiville E. Wilson, and as a rach foreman for Jolley's and Barr

Packing. He was a member of the Sanger Guadalupana Society.

Chrarles is survived by Camila, his wife of 67 years; their sons

Charles and his wife Jennie Hernandez of Sanger; Tom and his wife

Louise Hernandez of Lemoore; their daughters; Linda Rubio of San Jose

and Camila Martinez of Sanger all of in California; siblings Mary

Mendez, Rosie Maciel and David Hernandez all of Hanford,Ca; 11

grandchildren, Paul, Steve, and Ray Rubio, Chuck, David and Cathy

Hernandez, Benita Cantu, Jennie Gonzales, De
a Cruz, Ginger and Greg

Hernandez;30 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren..

He was preceded in death by his parents, his
others Johnny,

Charlie, Louie and Bobby; His daughter, Irene Crow and his grandson,

Daniel Rubio..

828 "O" Street, Sanger, Ca 93657 or to the Sanger Convalescent

Hospital Activities Fund, 2550 9th Street, Sanger, Ca 93657.

Arrangements were under the direction of Wallin's Sanger Funeral
