The day it snows in San Diego... I'm in trouble! Us Californians can't drive in fog or RAIN! Snow?

hello.we have in my country-estonia is a much snow.and soo cold,freeze like -10 degrees,somethimes and -25 degrees.

Well here in Tacoma/Seattle... we get snow about like 6 inches to 1ft and then it's melted the next day and WA people can't drive if their lives depended on it
