Actually $15.99 isn't that much and including the S&H (if you're ordering just one) the total is $19.99 and that's the average regular price for one CD at a retail store.
The price varies depending on what retail store you buy it from. It might be different in your area, but here Best Buy has a wide music selection and you can find alot of the new releases under $10. There are alot of CD's like boxed sets that contain 2 albums or more that are around $40 or more. Hope this gives an idea of the prices

If you want cheap cds.. gotta get em in the frist 3 weeks from wallyworld.. target or best buy... otherwise, the pirce goes up to 15+... and places like sam goody? Heck.. i dunno how they stay afloat! Most cds there are in the 17+ range!
Ordered my cd this morning!! Go Pollyanna!! It's been a long wait and I know completely worth it
